Independent thermostats
The control panel provides 2 separate thermostats and buttons, which allow independent temperature management of each plate for absolute precision cooking.
Sear Function
The special sear function allows to keep the meat tender and juicy inside by searing it during the early stages of cooking.
3 cooking positions
Contact grill: hamburgers, sandwiches, chicken, vegetables. Open grill: meat and fish. Oven Grill: bottom plate grilling while upper plate roasting.
Dishwasher safe
Both the plate and the grease collector are fully removable and dishwasher safe for easy cleaning.
